For our games on the Oculus Platform, we obtain certain information from you in order to use the Oculus Platform features. This information includes:

• Oculus user ID

• Oculus user name (only displayed by your friends in the experimental multi-player mode).

• Oculus profile picture (we don’t currently use this, but we have access).

• Your list of friends (currently only accessed when using the experimental multi-player mode).

How we get the personal information and why we have it

We use this information when you run the game, it is needed to access your Oculus Avatar and access your friends list while playing the game.

How we store your personal information

At present the data we obtain doesn't leave your headset and we certainly don’t store this data or share it with anyone else.

What should you do if you would like us to delete the data that we don’t store

If you send us an EMail to the above address requesting that we delete the data that we haven’t stored. I shall send you a personal reply informing you of that fact, then delete your EMail so I don't even have your EMail address else.
