Thanks for helping us improve Air Hockey Arcade. Clear reports and replay files help us fix issues faster.

How to report a bug

  1. Describe what happened and what you expected.
  2. List your headset, game version, and whether it was single player or multiplayer.
  3. Add simple reproduction steps if you can.
  4. Attach your replay file and any screenshot or short clip.
  5. Email everything to support@guiltydog.co.uk.

How to send a replay

  1. Open the game settings or replay menu and export the latest replay.
  2. Name the replay with date and match type, for example 2026-02-14_ranked.replay.
  3. Attach it to your email or upload it to your preferred file host and include the link.
  4. Include a short note describing the moment where the issue occurs.
